easy check-in was appreciated. it had a lovely bedroom.

It was a cosy place, we will come back. We really enjoyed the stay here, perfectly pleasant experience. Its location was excellent and absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from Old Town.

All in all - well-equipped and cosy place.

Marvellous location, the area in general was calm adjacent to the promenade, also convenient store available for 5 minutes walking and a quiet area away from the main bustle of the town. I was delighted about easy check-in.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for a week while exploring the beautiful Côte d'Azur. The location was perfect, with shops and parks nearby and the beach just a short walk away. The apartment itself was spacious and had a fantastic kitchen, complete with a Nespresso machine and nearby store. The host was incredibly helpful, giving us great recommendations for local dining and grocery shopping. We even had room to store our triathlon bikes. a wonderful stay.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

Great location! Right in the heart of the city, close to all the shops and restaurants. The apartment was recently refurbished and had a nice view of the city. The TV had good channels, although all in French. The wifi was excellent, which was important for staying connected during the holidays.

The kitchen dishes and glasses were dirty, and the shower curtain was also dirty. There was no soap provided, and we arrived late on a Sunday, so we couldn't buy any until the next day.

It was in an unbeatable place.

Looking forward to my next perfect stay in this apartment for our holiday in Nice. It's a cosy venue short walk to promenade des Anglais restaurants, pubs and shops in the middle of Old Town, and bars and cafe which is great, also convenient store available for 5 minutes walking, I stayed here with family members. Location is magnificent and unbeatable, at a moderate distance from Quai des Etats Unis Thoroughfare.

The apartment had all the necessary appliances, including a Nespresso machine. We were allowed to keep our bikes in the room, which was convenient.

The apartment had a spiral staircase, which was a bit hazardous, especially for older guests. The noise from other apartments and the banging doors was quite bothersome, especially for light sleepers.
